Not only is ordering from Eikon easy and inexpensive, we let you decide how you’d like your order to ship.  We ship all orders via UPS or FedEx.  Here’s a breakdown of all your shipping options:

  • Express – Gets your package to you the very next day after it ships, and generally before Noon.  The fastest service available.
  • Express Saver – Gets your package to you the very next day after it ships, and generally before 3:00pm.  If you can wait until Noon to get your package, this option is less expensive than the Express option.
  • Expedited – Gets your package to you by the end of the 2nd business day after it ships.  Great for orders that you need to have before the weekend… but you forgot about until Wednesday.  This service also gives great value to our customers ordering from the Coastal regions, as it is more cost-effective than the Express options.
  • Standard – The most economical service available.  If you are within the 401 corridor (Windsor-Montreal), UPS Standard service will get your package to you the very next day after it ships.  Also great for large orders, or when you are not in a hurry.
  • Priority Overnight – Your package arrives the next business day after it ships, generally before 4:30pm. Great for those last-minute, urgent shipments.
  • Ground - Count on FedEx Ground when you need a cost-effective soultion for packages that do not require the speed of express shipping. Deliveries within the 401 corridor are generally made the next business day after it ships. Delivery timelines for other areas vary by location, one of our Customer Service representatives would be happy to give you an approximate timeline when you place your order.

  • All first-time credit card orders must be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address. Any subsequent orders may also be required to be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address at our discretion.
  • Eikon reserves the right to refuse any orders with a residential shipping address.
  • Eikon will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen goods that have been knowingly or unknowingly shipped to a residential address.
  • Any pigment that you purchase from Eikon has undergone strict quality control evaluation when we receive it and before we ship it out. Pigment must be shipped by air to avoid the possibility of freezing during winter months. The manufacturer recommends that pigment that has been frozen not be used. Pigment that has been frozen will appear lumpy. If shipped by ground, we cannot be held responsible for any pigment that has been frozen or appears separated.
