Crosstex Efferzyme

Biodegradable, non-chlorine formulation containing fast acting protease enzymes, which enhance the removal of blood and other soils which may be resistant to chemical detergents. Neutral pH formula is non-corrosive. Easy to use, simply add 1 tablet to 1/2 gallon (2 L) of warm tap water to make Efferzyme solution. No mixing, measuring or heavy lifting of liquid concentrates. One product for 3 uses - instrument pre-soak - instrument cleaning solution - and an ultrasonic cleaning solution. As an ultrasonic solution, the manufacturer recommends changing the solution daily. One box, 52 Efferzyme tablets, makes 26 gallons (104 L) of Efferzyme solution. Fresh spearmint scent.

Note: Any object to be sterilized must be physically clean prior to sterilization. Thorough pre-cleaning consists of a three step process. Soak instruments in solution for at least ten minutes, or longer for tougher stains. Do not leave instruments in solution for longer than twenty-four hours. Manually clean instruments with brushes. Ultrasonically clean items for ten minutes. Rinse and dry items thoroughly before proceeding with sterilization process.
