Frequently Asked Questions - Account Info

We believe in selling to professional tattoo artists only. To maintain that commitment to our customers, we ask that you be a registered customer before ordering.

Simply press the 'Register to become a customer of Eikon' button in the title bar of the site, or by clicking here and you will be guided through a step-by-step registration process. We promise, it’s a simple process.
 

In fairness, we’re not much help at the lost password thing. Once you’ve forgotten it, chances are it’s gone - but don’t worry, we can still help.

Instead of finding your lost password, we can just reset it and send you a temporary login. Think of it as a password “do-over”:

1. Click on the 'Login link'
2. Select 'Request New Password'
3. Enter your email address or customer ID

A new password will be emailed to the address we have on file for your account.

It’s probably a good idea to change up that password from time to time.  Here’s how:

1. Login to your account or click on the 'My Account' link if already logged in
2. Click the 'Edit' button in your account profile
3. Scroll down to the 'Password Field'
4. Enter a new password in both the 'Password' and 'Confirm Password' fields (it works way better if these are the same password!)
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save'

Subscribing to our newsletter is simple:

1. Login to your account or click on the 'My Account' link if already logged in
2. Click the 'Edit' button in the account profile
3. Scroll down to the 'Can we contact you about periodic info on product updates?'
4. Check the 'Yes' or 'No' box
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save'

If you selected ‘Yes’, we’ll email you our newsletter approximately once every couple of months (more if we’ve got some great stuff going on) with announcements, updates, promotions and specials.

If you selected ‘No’ we promise not to send you any cool updates or information.

In either case – we value your privacy and we hate SPAM. We will NOT sell, lend, and/or advertise your account information to any third party. If you’ve entrusted us with your info, we’ll keep it between us.
