Fantasia

Fantasia is the Texas color that is well known for it's pure, dark dispersions and bright, bold colors. It is made using non-hazardous pigments that are blended with alcohol and distilled water. All Fantasia colors may be thinned with alcohol, rose water, distilled water or witch hazel. They may be thickened with glycerine. Made in USA.
