Frames that are made of material that is not magnetically permeable, such as brass or aluminum, must have a yoke installed to connect the coil cores at their base.

Eikon yokes are made of high quality 1018 low carbon steel and blackened for corrosion resistance. Available in three different sizes - 1/8", 3/16" or 1/4".
