American Shipping Info

Ordering from Eikon is easy – shipping is even easier. We take care of everything, so you never have to worry about paying duties, taxes or other customs fees. The order total you see at time of checkout is all you have to pay.

Your orders will be shipped via FedEx. We strive to get your order out to you as soon as possible - usually within 24 hours of placing it online. We have many shipping options available from regular ground service to next day air to make sure you can get your order when you need it, at the best price possible.

If you need an order in your hands on a tight deadline, please contact Customer Service to place your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

To ensure there are no delivery delays, always double check that you have provided the correct address and phone number should the courier need to contact you for any reason. Unfortunately, FedEx is not able to ship to PO boxes or APO addresses

We’re a Canadian company, so to prevent possible shipping delays, it is recommended that you provide a Tax ID number on your order.  It is not mandatory, but in our experience it can prevent shipping interuptions.

Other Shipping Information

Our shipping department packs each order carefully to help prevent damage that could occur in transit.  If your order arrives damaged, please notify the delivery driver of any obvious damage to the box, and contact Customer Service so we can make it right.  If you can take photos of the damaged packaging and product - that would be a big help too.

We recommend that you ship directly to your shop, as deliveries sent to a residential address do not require a signature, and may be left unattended if there is no one available to receive the package.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages sent to a residential address.
