UPDATE - How the COVID-19 Outbreak May Affect the Delivery of your Order

Packages en route are experiencing additional delays that are out of our control. Eikon is getting your order ready and in the hands of carriers as quickly as possible. Please refer to this page as it has important and useful information to help you make the best decision when placing your order.

Over the last several weeks, shipping volume has increased considerably as North Americans shop online from home. This increased volume has resulted in significant delays in order deliveries across the retail sector - including the Tattoo Supply industry.

CANADA - UPS

  • A number of UPS shipments with origins and destinations throughout Canada may require additional time in transit from 2-5 days.
  • UPS is not guaranteeing faster delivery for either Express and Expedited shipping methods. We recommend you select Ground shipping on all orders as shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Local Pickups from the Eikon warehouse are still not available. Please select a UPS service option during checkout.

To Avoid Further Delays:

  • Triple check your address before placing your order as address changes are not available while packages are being held by UPS.
    • Changing an address while a package is in transit, is currently only available through the UPS my Choice App and you may incur an extra cost. Please refer to the UPS documentation.
    • You can sign up for UPS My Choice for FREE which allows you to provide more specific delivery instructions such as where to leave deliveries, where to redirect them and the ability to receive delivery notifications.
    • Eikon’s customer service is currently not able to change an address on your behalf after the package leaves our warehouse.
    • Deliveries sent to a residential address do not require a signature and may be left unattended if there is no one available to receive the package. We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

USA - FEDEX

  • Fedex is delayed by 1–2 days in most areas.
  • FEDEX has suspended the requirement for signatures, which means customer packages will be left at the front door - INCLUDING COMMERCIAL ADDRESSES* - We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

To Avoid Further Delays:

  • If you are having your order shipped to your home - Please make sure your shipping address is updated.
  • If the package is going to your shop please assist the delivery drivers by leaving a note at the front door stating that you are in the shop.
  • Please make sure there’s someone available to receive it at the shipping address.
  • If your package is already on its way, you can redirect it to a FedEx retail location for pickup.*
  • You can set your delivery preferences for your future home deliveries with FedEx Delivery Manager (e.g., request to have your packages held at a FedEx retail location for pickup). Click here to learn more or sign up.
  • You can also reroute the delivery of your package from one street address to another in the same city/province. A fee may apply depending on the new delivery address. A reroute is a request to change the original delivery address and the shipper’s authorization may be required
