As the COVID-19 outbreak continues, many things are changing by the day, hour and at times by the minute. Here is an important update regarding UPS and FedEx services and what you can do to ensure your order is delivered safely.
US Customers - FEDEX has suspended the requirement for signatures, which means customer packages will be left at the front door.*
Canadian Customers - If you are in your shop please assist the delivery drivers in times of uncertainty by leaving a note at the front door stating that you are in the shop.
FedEx announced today that they will be suspending the "signature required" portion of their Ground and Express orders. This means all orders placed for delivery to shop (commercial), and home (residential) addresses will be left at the front door. FedEx has implemented this change in order to promote social distancing and ensure the safety of both their drivers, and you.

What you can do: To help ensure you get your package, be sure to use the tracking number provided when your order has shipped. Using the FedEx site or a delivery app, set up notifications so that you are aware the minute your order arrives.
Note: You can also choose to ship the order to your home*.
UPS has not officially changed their current shipping services, however we are getting reports from artists that when drivers encounter locked doors, they are just leaving packages in front of the shop. Please be aware of this when placing orders.*
What you can do: If your shop is open but the door is locked, leave a note to UPS on your front door letting them know that you ARE there, and to knock or call.
You can also sign up for UPS My Choice. UPS My Choice is a free service that allows you to tell your UPS driver where to leave your deliveries and get notifications on when to expect your UPS deliveries (Please note that address changes may result in a fee).
