What's new on our site

February 25, 2019   |   By The Eikon Team

We’ve designed our new site to make it quicker and easier for you to purchase.

Your account information and your order history should be available when you login to the new website. Please bear with us, as we will continue to make some minor changes over the next few days. As with any new site, there may be a few hiccups along the way.  If you do notice anything, please let us know.

Like any new site, it may take a little bit of time to familiarize yourself with the layout. We have added some videos to get you up to speed. Also, visit our Customer Service page and FAQs to learn more.

Shopping basics

We know your time is money, so let's get started. In this video you can see how to:

  1. Find the Store
  2. Log in to your Account
  3. Use Filters to shop
  4. Use the Quick Look to see product cards
  5. Add products to your cart and check out

Shopping for ink

We are excited to show you our brand new ink swatch viewer. In this video we will show you how to quickly find the exact ink you are looking for using the ink swatch filters.

In this video you can see how to:

  1. Use the Search feature to find ink
  2. Use Filters in the ink section
  3. Select a bottle size
  4. Add ink to your cart

Using Fav Lists

Call it what you want, wish list, shopping list, favs list… You now have the ability to save items to as many different lists as you like, and filter by your lists in the catalogue. This is especially helpful if you make repeat orders, or to organize your favourite products.

Can't find what you're looking for?

We've worked hard to make our website easy to search, but if you are having trouble finding something you need, please check out our Customer service page or email or call Customer Service at 1 800.427.8198, they will gladly help.
