Frequently Asked Questions - Ordering Info

Orders can be modified up until it has been marked 'PROCESSED' in your profile.

Orders can be cancelled up until it has been marked 'SHIPPED' in your profile.  Once it is marked 'SHIPPED' - your order is on it's way to you.

To check if your order has been shipped, login to your account, or click on 'My Account'

Select 'Orders' and find the applicable order in the list - the order status will be listed there.

A tracking number will be provided via email, and will also be listed with your invoice details and order history on your main account screen.

  1. Log into your account or click on 'My Account'
  2. Click 'Orders' and select the order from the list
  3. Click 'Print Order'

We’ve made returns easier than they have ever been, you can set it up in just a few moments with our new site.

  1. Login to your account or click on 'My Account' (if you’re already logged in)
  2. Review 'Recent Order Section' and select 'Start a Return'
  3. Choose the product and quantity you wish to return
  4. Select a 'Reason for Return' in the drop down menu provided
  5. In the 'Comment Section' provide as much detail as possible
  6. Select 'Submit Return'
