Holiday Hours

It’s been a super-long and challenging year for everyone, so we’re shutting down the shop for the holidays to give our Team a well-deserved break and allow them to relax and recharge “virtually” with their families.

What does this mean for you?

• We will be closed from December 25th until January 4th.
• Cutoff for shipping orders before the holidays is December 23rd at 1:00PM EST
• Orders placed after December 23rd, during the holiday season will begin physically shipping on January 4th (tracking numbers will be updated at that time)

Customer Service will be available via phone and chat until 1:30PM EST Thursday, December 24th.

If you have an urgent inquiry over the holiday period, you can send an email to customerservice@eikondevice.com, marked URGENT, and they’ll do their best to get back to you as soon as possible. The Customer Service team will be back on-line to take care of non-urgent inquiries starting at 9:00AM EST January 4th.

You’re more than welcome to shop our Web Store - it’s ALWAYS open, so you can browse 24/7 while sipping eggnog and recovering from overindulging in the Holiday treats.
