Practice Safe Shipping During Freezing Temperatures


Freezing temperatures bring an increased risk of freezing pigment during shipping. 

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to find what you want and have it arrive in perfect condition. Here are some tips to ensure your ink arrives safe and sound, because friends don’t let friends freeze pigment.

We’re Packing Heat!

To reduce the likelihood of your pigment freezing, we will double down on safety and add 72 hr heat packs to every your order that contains pigment, at no extra cost to you.

Plan Ahead

Avoid ordering pigment a on Thursday or Friday, as orders may end up sitting at unheated distribution points over the weekend, exposing your pigment to subzero temperatures.


Use Express Shipping

Express shipping reduces the number of days your pigment is exposed to the cold.


Track Your Package

It’s important that you are available when your pigment order arrives, packages left in the cold or returned to the shipping depot are exposed  to a greater risk of freezing.
