Eikon Tattoo Supplies sells tattoo supplies and equipment to professional tattoo artists in Canada and the United States. For customers outside of Canada and the United States, please visit our Shop International page for a complete list of authorized distributors.

How to order

Ordering online 24/7

The fastest and easiest way to place your order is to visit our catalogue and order online. Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Log in, or Register to start shopping today.

Ordering by phone

Our Customer Service team is available by phone Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Our team receives regular product knowledge training from professional tattoo artists and can answer all of your questions.

How to pay for orders

Canadian Artists:  

Eikon accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal and COD (Collect on Delivery).

U.S. Artists:

Eikon accepts Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and COD.  Please Note - US Artists may use AMEX online only, however it requires the use of PayPal guest checkout.  Eikon cannot accept U.S. AMEX payment over the phone, or as direct payment online.

To pay by AMEX:

Select PayPal as your payment option: 

In the PayPal window select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” then enter your AMEX card info in the fields as required.

Credit Card Fraud Prevention

For credit card purchases, Eikon requires the CVV (Card Verification Value) number and the billing address associated with the credit card being used. Fraud is an unfortunate risk of online payments, and the best way to reduce fraud is to prevent it from happening at all. CVV and Billing Address verification are two security measures put in place by credit card companies to ensure that we can verify that you’re in possession of the credit card. Without these preventative measures, there is a potential risk that unauthorized individuals could use your credit card to make fraudulent purchases on our site. 


Artists using PayPal for payment will be redirected to the PayPal site for completion.

COD (Collect on Delivery)

COD ordering is available to artists with Professional accounts ONLY, and at Eikon's discretion. All COD orders must ship to a pre-approved professional shop location. COD payments must be made with a certified cheque or money order.

Note: Eikon works with UPS and FedEx to accept COD in select areas. COD payment is only accepted in areas where the delivery is made to a professional shop location, and delivered by UPS or FedEx. COD is not available for deliveries made by a third party carrier.

Displayed currencies

The currency displayed while shopping is determined by your mailing address. Our online store displays prices in Canadian (CAD) or US dollars (USD). You can ONLY see prices if you are logged in to your account.

We do our best to make sure prices are up to date. However, prices are subject to change without notice.

What can I do if what I want is out of stock?

If a product you are looking for is out of stock, click the "Notify Me When Available" button the product page to receive an email when the product is back in stock. To learn more about this feature visit our FAQ page.

Special Order items

Special Orders and custom items are available from many of the brands we carry, please contact our Customer Service Team for details on Special Orders and custom items.

No restock fees

If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you ordered, you can return it to us. No problem.

We accept returns for any new, unused and unopened item(s) within 30 days of delivery of your item. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Using Fav Lists

Call it what you want, wish list, shopping list, favs list… You now have the ability to save items to as many different lists as you like, and use your Fav Lists to filter products in the catalogue. This is especially helpful if you make repeat orders, or to organize your favourite products.
