Orders for Canadian artists ship via UPS direct from our warehouse in Kingston, Ontario to anywhere in Canada. UPS has a variety of shipping options available to you, so you can choose how quickly you would like your order shipped.

Follow these simple steps to get your order as quickly as possible:

  • Place your order before 1:00PM EST so it ships the same day*.
  • To prevent delays, please ensure that you have provided us with your correct address, phone number and email address.

* We work hard to ship your orders the same day, but there maybe exceptions when order volume is extremely high.

Cross-border shopping is as easy as shopping locally. When you shop with us there are NO hidden fees, duties, or taxes.

Orders for artists in the USA ship via FedEx from our warehouse in Ogdensberg, New York, to anywhere in the United States. FedEx has a variety of shipping options available to you, so you can choose how quickly you would like to receive your order.

Delivery policy

We strongly recommend that you ship your order directly to your shop. Deliveries sent to a residential address do not require a signature, and may be left unattended, if there is no one available to receive the package. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages sent to a residential address.

Free shipping

Artists with a Professional Account qualify for FREE ground shipping on orders with a subtotal of $150.00 or more.

Free shipping exceptions:

  • Free shipping does NOT include furniture, lighting, and thermal copiers. 
  • Free shipping does NOT apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Yukon and the North West Territories.

Local pick-up and delivery

Artists are always welcome to drop by our headquarters and pick up their order. Local pick-up hours are between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. All orders must be placed online or over the phone a minimum of two hours prior to your requested pick-up time.

If you live in the City of Kingston, and your order total is over $100.00 before tax, we will ship your order FREE of charge. 

Order changes and cancellation

Please review your order before it has been placed. If you would like to make a change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team at 1.800.427.8198 as soon as possible.

Shipping changes



You are responsible for any fees associated with shipping changes, such as address changes and holds. Fees are charged per box, and can either be paid up front or added to your next Eikon order.

Damaged goods

If your order, or an item in your order, arrives visibly damaged, please contact Eikon Customer Service immediately. All damage claims are handled through the shipping carrier, and our Customer Service team will assist you with your claim.

IMPORTANT: All damaged packages must be reported within two business days of delivery.

Hazardous items

Items designated as hazardous (such as surface disinfectants) will be shipped via Ground service. When one or more hazardous items are in your shopping cart you will be provided with Ground shipping options only. 

Shipping ink in the winter

Heat packs are provided in every pigment order from November to March. It is your responsibility to monitor the weather and ensure your order arrives safely. Eikon is NOT responsible for frozen pigment.

Recommended safe-shipping steps: 

  • Place your pigment order separately from the rest of your order.
  • Ship EXPRESS to reduce the risk of freezing.
  • Place your order early in the week to prevent pigment from sitting in the carrier's distribution warehouse over the weekend.
