How to register for an account

To purchase items and see pricing from the Eikon store you will need a Professional or General account.

We offer two account types:

Professional Account

If you are a professional artist you will require a Professional account and approval before your first order can be shipped. Once approved, you will be able to purchase products from our full catalogue.

Our Customer Service team will review all Professional accounts within two business days. Artists awaiting approval for a Professional account will be able to make purchases as a General account customer.

General Account

General accounts have limited access to our catalogue. These accounts are available for customers looking to purchase non-tattoo specific items such as books, art supplies, bandaging, and aftercare.  

Outside North America?

The Eikon Store sells tattoo supplies and equipment to professional tattoo artists in Canada and the United States. If you are a customer from outside of Canada and the USA, please visit our Shop International page for a complete list of authorized distributors.

Note: All customers are responsible for ensuring their account information is kept up to date. This includes your password, contact information, shipping and payment information.


Stay in the loop

Add us to your address book

You could be missing out on order updates, shipping notifications, or other product announcements because some email service providers may use filters that prevent our Eikon emails from getting to your inbox.  We want you to receive the information you’ve requested from us.

To make sure you’re always in the loop, take a moment and add to your address book.

Add-to-address instructions for Gmail

If you use Gmail you can add us to your Gmail Contacts (address book).

  1. Open one of our emails. If you cannot fine one, check your Promotions, Updates tab or SPAM folder.
  2. Click on the three little dots (to the upper right).
  3. Click on Add Eikon Device to Contacts list - thats it!​

Note: steps may vary depending on your email service provider.

Gmail users - Move us from your Promotions or Updates tab to your Inbox

If you use Gmail you can either manually add us to your Gmail Contacts, or you can drag our email to your Primary Inbox from your SPAM or Promotions tab. It’s as easy as this:

  1. Click on your Promotions or Updates tab.
  2. Find the Eikon email.
  3. Mouse over the email and click-and-drag the email to your Primary tab.
