Eikon Tattoo Supplies sells tattoo supplies and equipment to professional tattoo artists in Canada and the United States. For customers outside of Canada and the United States, please visit our Shop International page for a complete list of authorized distributors.

Our Customer Service team is available by phone Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Our team receives regular product knowledge training from professional tattoo artists and can answer all of your questions.

How to pay

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, and COD.

  • Credit card purchases require the CVV number and the billing address associated with the credit card being used.
    • Fraud is an unfortunate aspect of accepting payments online and the best way to manage fraud is to prevent it from happening at all. We ask for CVV and billing address information to ensure that we can verify that you are in possession of the credit card. Without this prevention in place, there is the potential risk that others could use the credit card to make a fraudulent purchase on our site. 
  • PayPal purchases will be redirected to the PayPal site for completion.
  • COD ordering is available to Professional accounts ONLY and at Eikon's discretion. All COD orders must ship to a pre-approved professional shop location. COD payments must be made with a certified cheque or money order.

Note: We work with UPS and FedEx to accept COD in select areas. Payment is only accepted in areas in which the delivery is made to a professional shop location and delivered by UPS or FedEx, and NOT a third party carrier.

Displayed currencies

The currency displayed while shopping is determined by your mailing address. Our online store displays prices in Canadian (CAD) or US dollars (USD). You can ONLY see prices if you are logged in to your account.

We do our best to make sure prices are up to date. However, prices are subject to change without notice.

Out of stock items

If a product you want is out of stock, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will send you an email notification as soon as the product is available.

Special Order items

Special Orders and custom items are available from many of the brands we carry, please contact our Customer Service Team for details on Special Orders and custom items.

No restock fees

If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you ordered, you can return it to us. No problem.

We accept returns for any new, unused and unopened item(s) within 30 days of delivery of your item. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
