Return Information

Our return policy is painless....

A lot of companies don’t like taking back returns. We’re not gonna lie, we don’t like returns either - but we understand that there can be times when you may not be completely satisfied with a product you purchased from us. Simply return the product within 30 days of the original invoice date and we’ll issue a full refund.

The Not-so-Fine Print: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error on our part. If that’s the case, we’ll cover the shipping.

A little “Heads Up”:

Items should be returned unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Refunds will be provided on product only and do not include shipping charges or COD fees.

It is recommended that returns be shipped in a method that will allow the package to be tracked while in transit. Please remember that all returns shipped to Eikon are the customer’s responsibility until they have been received at Eikon.

Our Customer Service team reviews all requests, and you will be notified by email once your return has been processed.  You can monitor your return status at any time, simply by logging into your Eikon account and selecting “view returns”.
